But if two related adults each make the choice to be intimate with one another... what can you really do about it?

I don't think it's right, and it's illegal to do with a child... but eh as long as they keep it behind closed doors or move to a town that does not know they are related... then it's out of my mind 😀

No you can marry your first cousin, it is only America which stops it in some states.
