Increase daily visitors..

I've been getting 50-100 uniques a day on average. Any ideas on how to increase that? I've constantly been doing link exchanges and everything for about a year now.. thanks for any input and advice.. I feel like I've hit a hump.

Have you thought about hosting or holding things like little events, or competitions? Maybe even start an annual event. This might appeal to other users to stay with the site.

Yeah I've tried competitions and it was a waste of money.. by the way Foxbeard.com is a blog.
