Now do you guys believe me when I say that Obama isn't a liberal? He's now put himself to the right of Dubya (on this issue, anyway).

I don't. I think he is a liberal who tries to charm everybody, but takes actions that please neither party.

The possibility that he's liberal inside his mind doesn't really mean anything when he's fighting for things that even Dubya wouldn't.

Because he likes to charm people.

It would help him get elected about as much as everything else he's doing is. :lol: It would also help him with the especially militaristic people (who are conveniently older than the draft age).

If this were to pass(I find that it won't) I don't think people would actually show up. It's stupid to offer a detention for an undermined time.

Frankly something more important should be looked at compared to this, such as the economy and fixing that.
