My first impressions of your site are pretty good, you've got a nice design and a good layout to present your service. There's no glaring problems that stand out to me. I'll stop here though to save you from reading repeating statements. Great job overall on the first impressions part!

Design Quality
As I mentioned, I like your design and it is really nice to see a website that looks more than decent. I'm pretty sure you are using Divi as your theme, which is a great choice for a site as there are so many things you can do with it and its site builder. Everything tends to stand out as it should and you aren't text heavy, so I have no problems with your design. I'm trying to come up with something to give you to work on but anything I point out would be extreme nit picking so I'll just give you an excellent score and move on.

You have a blog which is usually meant to be active content, but you only have 5 articles that aren't dated. It's hard to judge this category because of that. You may want to call the blog page something else like articles or guides since you aren't displaying dates and only have a few posts on it.

Staff Professionalism
Given that this a website, it's hard to judge this category as well but I will address one thing I found. After I'm on the site for a few minutes, I get a pop up from a staff member welcoming me to the site. I don't know if this is automatic or a real person, but it seems like a nice touch. The first time I visited your site it was a bit annoying because it came up right away but the next couple times it took longer to get the message pop up so it wasn't as annoying for me. Maybe just do something to make sure you wait awhile before sending the message so you don't scare away first time visitors too soon who might get overwhelmed by a quick message.

I've seen quite a few service sites based around social media counts, but this is definitely one of the better ones I've seen. I see at the bottom of your homepage that you are mentioned on a few notable news sites so that's good and definitely helps you to stand out. You need that and need to continue getting that publicity in order to be successful in your niche and beat your competition.

Site Structure
The site structure makes sense overall, the social media sites and how they are laid out works well. As mentioned before, the blog needs some work as well as where the blog is linked. It's only linked in the footer, so I almost didn't realize you had one (and wouldn't have if I wasn't visiting to do this review). You have some other links down at the bottom that could be moved up to your homepage body or first navigation menu as well, so think about what you want to prioritize and what isn't so important for guests and potential customers to visit. For example, the order page is pretty important yet it's in your footer. You could make your social media links in the top nav a dropdown if you need more space.

Grammar & Spelling
Personally as a reviewer, I'm not picky about a few grammar/spelling mistakes. I didn't notice anything that stands out or turns me away, so I'm happy. Some of the content could read better and good copy is a hard thing to get right on a website, so constantly reviewing that and updating it is a good idea. Other than that, I think you're solid.
