Went on it but I'm a bit confused as to what it is about... The name suggested some sort of promotion of webmaster forum but by the looks of it its a general forum, am I right?

I'll join. I love helping out fairly new forums by giving them a tiny push. That and I love spreading language discussions. It's like a virus that actually does good things :B
