For a while now I have been using Inmotion Hosting, and I have been on their unlimited sharing plan. Whilst I don't have direct access to the support panel as it's not "technically" mine even though I handle all the cPanel duties, I can say the support there is amazing and by far the fastest I have seen. I recently had a tiny blip for slowness, but I have never experienced any downtime that wasn't a direct result too my stupidity. (.htaccess is so temperamental!)
Anyway, the only con I can give you is the fact that you have to pay a year's worth in advance to get any value of the plan. Paying monthly is more expensive overall and the price will go up month after month depending on their current pricing. That, and you have to pay $25 for a SSL certificate fee, then $2 extra a month for a dedicated IP which you have to have in order to run a SSL cert. Then, after that, you can buy a SSL certificate and have them install it, (or you can install it yourself.)
Other than that I give them an A+, amazing host and the SSD's you get put on are blazing fast. 😀
