Pros: Fast servers and great tech/customer support
Cons: A bit more expensive than other host. Sometimes network maintenance happens with no notifications. They're pretty good about emailing to let you know days in advance though.
Final Comments: I've been with several host and by far love these guys the best. The price is a bit more than someone like Hostgator, but I feel it's worth it in terms of speed and reliability goes.

They do indeed. I only had to use the phone support during initial setup. They were fast and fantastic on the phone. I've used the 24/7 live chat and have always been pleased. The wait times are very short if at all and they are very knowledgable and helpful.

Anytime I had a ticket open, they responded right away. Never more than 24 hours response time. They have an active staff and normally I use the livechat support which is live 24/7.

I also want to add they they have really affordable VPS options as well as Managed Hosting support that's reasonable.
I keep the $40 dollars Managed Hosting option in addition to my hosting. That gives me a hour of time that I can use. They have dedicated server technicians that are available Mon-Friday during normal business hours with a dedicated phone line to call them if I need anything.

I've had great success with them and if my sites ever scale up, they have legacy dedicated servers starting around $79 dollars a month. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable hosting platform.
