Decided to take up the 60 day challenge, my friend has not long finished it and looks superb. So thought id borrow his DVD's and take the challenge on..
Good for cutting fat.
Bad for building bulk muscle.
They tend to sell some twigs on the program, but it's really oriented on losing weight. It's great cardio and great for fat loss. If you're already a twig I would rather have you lift in the gym for 60 days, though.
I will say this, it's a good winter/extreme heat in summer alternative for a lifter who would otherwise be running.
I have two friends who have taken the Insanity challenge. They both lost around sixty pounds. I have heard that it is tough, but worth it when it is all said and done. Good luck. 🙂
Cheers guys, obviously if you're a big person you will lose lots of weight. However if you're like myself (12st) you just tighten up in the areas you want too..
