How the heck do i install this?

I will give 100fp cash to who can help. I really want this on my forum. Can someone give me a REALLY easy step by step guide on how to do this! lol

There should be some instructions when you download the file.

Download the mod and there is a file called install.xml and open that in your browser and follow the instructions given.

You need ftp access in order to install mods as you need to edit the core phpBB files.

Yes.That's what my brother does and he finds the instruction.Try to do it and see if it will work to you.

Make sure that you have access to your FTP files and such. Then just find the instructions. ~cheesey_grin~

Or if you have a copy of your forum files on your computer, edit the files that the install.xml tells you to edit. Then when you are done, merely upload them and replace the old files. That way the forum is still working while you are editing, instead of running the risk that while you are editing the forum will be down.

I can always do it for you, if you want. Just give me a copy of the forum files.

Also it is best to make backup copies of the files... I download 2 copies of each file when i do the edits so if i upload all the files and there is an error i can just re-upload all the backup copies of the edited files and it fixes it in the space of a few seconds.
