Instant Redirect Code

Does anyone have an instant automatic redirect code, where it does not even pause on the page, but redirects instantly to the link

this is the one i am currently using but its not fast enough

<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=LINK HERE">

does anyone have one that redirects instantly, (automatically) with no pauses on the website.

What site do you need this code on? Also do you host it yourself and have cpanel (or equivalent) access?

Hmm... Yes, I've been looking for the same thing with TNG. I put that same refresh tag on http://thenintendogamers.com/index.html so it leads to http://thenintendogamers.com/phpBB3. 😀
