Integrating Wordpress and a phpBB forum

Hi guys, here I am again!

for www.elitenintendo.com/forum I want to have a wordpress news site on elitenintendo.com. There is only one problem: I don't want two separate userlists. Is there a possibility that, when you sign up at the forum, you also have the possibility to comment, etc. with that account on the "regular site" supported by wordpress? I'm not a technical person, so hopefully somebody is willing to help me out with that.

Be very careful using a bridge between Wordpress and PhpBB, I had a forum hacked and a virus planted, corrupted my whole database.

It's easier to get into a site via wordpress, make sure the plugin is safe.

Is there maybe someone of you experienced with wordpress which can help me out with a couple of smaller problems with my template?^^
