Uptime and Reliability: I rarely had an downtimes and the reliability is outstanding, no problem at all with the reliability of Inter Server.
Technical Support: Again, I got a lot of technical support such as setting up the site, showing me how to do stuff, fixing technical issues, etc.
Customer Support: Fast responses and their customer support is on top of the game to be honest. Exceptional, very.
Pros: They're cheap, fast & reliable.
Cons: Not many, maybe more uptime.
