I was wondering if you've had any disasterous disputes on your forums.
This didn't happen on my current web-site. But I had gained Adminship long ago for a very huge site. About 40,000 members. And strangely. More than a couple members (very active ones) started a thread that they want to be Global Moderators, else they're leaving, saying "They are fed up with not being recognized". Some sort of organized rally. lol I told them not to ask me.
The Site Owner was strict with adding staff members, and gave them a kind no. They didn't just leave, a whole bunch of them continuously flamed a lot of the other community members. Started a huge flame war between everyone before the Staff could do much. Had to ban around 260 - 300 members with that. One of the biggest disasters I've ever had while Admining a forum. And one of the strangest ever. Ha ha.
