What would you say is wrong with my forum?

I have a decent layout and a nice, but serious community of members and a arcade,chatbox,points shop and other stuff.

I actually tell it how it is, From a user/guest standpoint and don't just try to make the admins/owners of those website/forums good, As every day people in life aren't all going to tell you are great.
