Appearance and Style - (Out of 20)
I quite like the white and red coloured theme at your blog. I often see blogs using either just white, or a blue and white theme, so you have gone outside of the box in this instance. The theme itself looks professional and it's definitely something I'd consider keeping for a while. I like the font used in your logo as it represents writing, however, I'm not quite keen on the image used. For me, it looks more like a lightening bolt than anything. The navigation is great, I could easily find everything I needed, and although the active arrow on each page was a little small, I was still able to know which page I was currently on. As for the content, I found it hard to read. I don't know if it's just me, but the orange links on the white background don't blend well. Try making it a darker orange. As for the text, it's also hard for me to read. Your using a light grey on a white background, try changing it to a darker grey or even a black colour.

Blog Layout and Categorization - (Out of 20)
The blogs actual layout is great. You have made each post on the home page a snippet with a 'Continue Reading' link, which is excellent. Nobody likes to see the full post on the front page as it doesn't entice them to browse more. I would consider putting the Posts Statistics sidebox widget to the top as I think it holds more importance than the AdSense widget and even the recent comments. It also allows others to easily find the longest and shortest posts on your blog. The footer is great, I like how there is a list of partner links and it's not overcrowded with junk like I see on many blogs. I didn't like how I couldn't find a list of categories. From what I could see after searching, the categories are website and interview. I would possibly split the interview category into sections such as short interview, medium interview and long interview.

Commenting Activity and Other Interactions - (Out of 20)
You don't have that many comments for being open around 4 months. If you continue to promote your blog and interview webmasters, you will eventually gain more activity. One of the conditions you could use is that each person you interview has to link to the interview on their website or forum. This may in turn give you more exposure, and possibly more activity. Again I couldn't see how many comments each post had on the front page. I had to navigate to each post, scroll down and count how many there was. This is something I'd consider adding in beside the date and category it was posted in on the homepage.

Quality and Frequency of Posts - (Out of 20)
The frequency of posts is good. Your taking an interview out every week or so which gives readers a chance to read and discuss each interview before you add another one. I also think you should continue adding in more blog posts and article in between each interview to keep the discussions on-going. However, don't leave it too long, make sure to keep posting.

Spelling/Grammar - (Out of 20)
Well, from the posts that I read, you have tried hard to keep the spelling and grammar at it's best. Unfortunatly, I did notice a few spelling and grammar mistakes in some of your posts. Take the latest post for example.
we will not be seeing a interview this week
The a should be changed to:
we will not be seeing an interview this week
The next mistake I seen on another post was:
For some money can be a issue
You forgot a comma, when added, should look like this:
For some, money can be a issue
I seen many other mistakes similar to what I posted above, and it wouldn't be wise to post every single one here. I would simply re-read every post before you publish it to make sure everything has been spelled correctly and the correct use of grammar is used.
