We are pleased that Fergal took the time out of his busy schedule to give us the interview, and I have to say what a great read. Here is a little excerpt from the interview in question (question 5 from the interview):

5. What motivated you to start BAF?
My primary motivation in starting the site was to provide an online community resource to help people build profitable businesses that benefit themselves and their communities. The forum helps people to become financially independent whether they are working from home, a traditional bricks and mortar business or a website.
