We at AdminForum.org recently started our new interviews section and our first interview was of ShadyX owner of AdminForums.org. Some of the questions answered was:

ShadyX , It is a well known name know many forum owners and site owner are jealous of this name and many want to be like you and be a administrator of a successful forum like AdminForums.org, What you think about this?

Well I wouldn't go as far as people being jealous of me or even being a well known name in the forum industry, I have been using the screen name ShadyX for just over a year now so it hasn't been that long. Though I have been involved with web development for 8-9 years in total, 'ShadyX' is still pretty new. My advice to anybody who wants to be like anybody else is simply don't, just be yourself and you will get along just fine.


What inspired you to make a admin forum ? How did you came to the name AdminForums.org?

I had a forum called Blue Humor, It was a joke/off-color humor forum but it eventually evolved to contain more administration and webmaster based topics than anything humorous. The fact that my heart was in forum administration and web development and the lack of more 'modern' admin forums is why I chose that niche.
