Both are very good, I've decided on InterviewYou .
Brilliant look on the front page says it all. I'm very impressed with it. The idea of this kind of site is genius. Creaspire is a great site, nonetheless, but I found InterviewYou to have a fuller page, and I can tell they even think about the guests.
