I would have had this review for you nearly an hour ago, but I accidentally lost everything I had written and had to start over. x_x Sorry about that.

Your Forum Review

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your banner at the top is extremely cute. However, I would definitely recommend moving the chat box you have at the top of your forum to the bottom; it can be quite annoying to have to scroll past it to get to the forums. The rest of your theme has a very dull color scheme. It doesn't look awful, but I would definitely recommend brightening it up a bit. I think some cell pics with brighter, louder colors may work wonders for your theme. Perhaps you could try some silverish cell pictures (similar to the color of the cell picture you have below your banner at the top).

Your forum looks decently active at first glance. You don't have any empty forums, and your statistics are pretty solid. You also have a good amount of users connected in the past twenty-four hours. I don't think that prospective members would be put off by your statistics.

Overall, my first impression was decent, but not extraordinary.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout has its good points and bad points. Your layout is definitely focused on the main theme of your site; this is good. However, your index runs a little long, and your organization could be a little better. Firstly, I would recommend moving your "InvestComics News & Web Site" category to the top of your forum; users are more likely to check for updates if the first thing they see is a news forum. Secondly, I would recommend moving your "Feedback/Suggestions/Updates" forum to your "InvestComics News & Web Site" category. It seems unnecessary to have an entire category dedicated to your feedback forum. Thirdly, I would recommend moving the forums in your "Media" category to the "General" category. You might even consider merging your "Music" and "Movies & Television" forums into one "Entertainment" forum. Your site isn't focused on either of these topics, so it would not be unreasonable. Lastly, I would recommend moving your "Investment Talk" forum to the "Comic Book Chat" category. Unless I'm mistaken, most of the investment talk on your forum is based on comic books; it also seems wasteful to have an entire category devoted to one forum. These are just a few suggestions. If you can find any other ways to reorganize and condense your index, then that would be very helpful.

Extra suggestion: I think your forum should have an area for new members to introduce themselves. It makes them feel more welcome.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum receives an average of nearly fifty posts per day. You have about one hundred posts for each of your sixty-one users. These statistics aren't horrible, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. I would recommend registering on any forum you can find that is remotely related to comic books and posting around a bit wearing your forum's signature banner. Services on Forum Promotion and abroad may also be valuable to you. Your forum is only about four months old, so post exchanges are still on the table to nudge your activity a bit.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You really need to make it easier to identify your staff members. I can not find any list of staff members on your forum, and staff members are not colored based on their rank. Members need a quick way to know who can help them. Of the staff members I have identified, I have found that at least one of them does not post very actively. Having staff members who don't actively contribute makes a forum look neglected. Moderators are charged with keeping inappropriate content off of the forum, so shouldn't they be active posters? Encourage the staff members who aren't posting to post more. Overall, you really need to fix the activity of your staff and the prominence of your staff. I think that this area may be reflecting badly on your forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions do a decent job of making your forum sound like a great resource, but there are numerous grammatical errors in them. One recurring error on your forum is the capitalization of common nouns. Going through your forum, I do not see any words that need to be capitalized in the middle of a sentence other than the name of your forum and names of companies, specific comics, and abbreviations (i.e. "Marvel," "DC," "Dark Horse," "T.V.," et cetera). You also have some strange sentence structure on your forum. For example, the description of "Feedback/Suggestions/Updates" currently reads, "Here you can place your suggestions on what you would like to see On InvestComics Forum. As well as giving your opinions on the site it self. Along with updates for the forum." It should read, "Here, you can suggest ideas for InvestComics forums or give your opinions on the web site" or something along those lines. The grammar mistakes you have aren't completely destroying your forum's credibility or anything of that nature, but it would still be worthwhile to fix them. If you have any questions about grammar, feel free to PM me.

The only descriptions I see on your forum that are particularly boring are those of your media forums. I would recommend changing those; the rest of your descriptions seem fine.

Closing remarks: Nothing about your forum is terrible, but you have some things that need to be corrected.

Forum's strong points: Your forum has a great post to member ratio.

Improvements to make: You need to brighten up your theme, reorganize your layout, promote your site, make your staff members more prominent, and fix some grammatical errors on your forum's index.

It is, I'm following through on some of your suggestions. By the way, the three main staff members are Jay, myself, and Beizlebub. Although Bub is really busy with other stuff and usually focuses on behind the scenes stuff.
