InvisionFree - Down?

So I tried going to an invisionfree forum, but I got an error saying the site doesnt exsit, but not the usual error for when a forum has been deleted. Then I tried to goto the homepage, but it wont load at all...

Returns this error
403 Forbidden
Your client does not have permission to get URL / from this server.

Now its not just me, because I had someone else clear their cache and try, one url loads and the other doesnt. (The two different url's being adding or removing the www prefix)

Anyone else get this issue, or did my ISP do something stupid?
