No, there are a lot of "general" iOS and/or Mac OS X forums out there.

Hey, that's not to say you cannot discuss other iOSes on the forums.
I just haven't created sections for that yet, but maybe I will do soon.

But for now, I want to concentrate purely on the latest.
After all, the iPhone 4S release is now only 3 hours 7 mins away! :O

You have a point there, but I have already thought that one through.
iOS 5 Forums will be like some other forums.
They start up as the latest, but as they get out of date, they still cover the latest topics.
They just keep their old name. I know sounds a bit crazy, but it works.

For example, 20th Century Fox is still big in the 21st century. 😉

Don't worry, we will ALWAYS be covering the latest topics.
Even when iOS 6, 7, 8...up to iOS Infinity (LOL! 😛 ) is released.

One thing I would like to see is an iPhone 3D. That would be awesome. 😀

iPhone 4S has now been released.
My, it sold out in my town in the first 2 hours.
People were queuing from as early as midnight.
I was surprised coz last year they started around 4am.

Well, if you were lucky enough to grab one (unfortunately I was not) then pop along to iOS 5 Forums and tell us all about it. What are we missing? 🙂

I'm curious to know why you didn't promote in your town, since it was sold out in the first 2 hours.

But neither myself nor the other eyes I had crawling the web for the latest updates, expected it to be such a frenzy. :O

Last year, people started queueing around 4am for the iPhone 4 in my town.
This year, they started queueing around midnight.

Yes, it certainly sold out a lot quicker than I expected.
Even O2 had to update their website to say they are trying to keep up with people and please accept their sincere apologies (that was earlier on).

Hey, guys, please if you have any updates in future that you think I have missed, be sure to post them. I will put my heart and soul into this, but Apple is a brand that devours the web, one person cannot do this alone.

But I will certainly do the best job I can to keep you all up to date. 🙂
