Anyone on iOS 6 on their iPhone, iPod touch or iPad? What's been your opinion?
I like it, it's just too buggy. But I do realize it IS a beta.

I've thought about installing it. But I'd rather just wait and see until it release. Although it would be nice to have it installed and keep getting updates as they make it available.

But I'm not worried because I will be buying the next iPhone as it becomes available.

Won't be August, might be early October but I reckon late September.
I am not predicting it will either, but you never know.

If they are going on your track, they announced it in late September (the 26th, i think) and it came out on October 4th

I've got it running on my 3GS. It's really slow, for anyone with a 3GS device don't upgrade to it! And I don't get the new music app, it is totally different to every other app installed on the iPhone. However, I do like the new app store.

Of course, your running a 600MHz processor with software that wasn't specially designed for the device. iOS 3.0 was. Now, 4.0 and 5.0 is still good, but 6.0 is a little out of its league. And plus, it's still a beta. 🙂

The only time my iPhone started to get sluggish was when I upgraded to iOS5. I would've downgraded but I really need the iMessage feature. I believe iOS6 is going to be the last iOS to support the 3GS.

The 3GS should not even been included in iOS 6. The 3GS does not support enough features. iOS 6 will be the last, i am pretty sure. the iPhone 4 will be a way better, low cost, entry phone. And, this upcoming fall, the iPhone 4 will go down to free, and the 3GS can not go any lower, so if you had to pick the 3GS over the 4, you would pick the 4.

Ios6 for iPad should have Siri and what not, I don't see why Siri should be on the iPad, maybe focus on making it more like a computer ect.

Just bought an iPod touch 4th gen.
Is it worth upgrading to iOS6 or is it to buggy?

I wouldn't get your hopes up too much, it's okay. It seems smoother than iOS 5, if that matters to you.

I have to agree, there are no breathtaking features. Tim Cook (CEO) is leading the company down the drain.

Amen to that. There's no originality anymore!
