Not much IPB users here. Have you checked out the community forums? Maybe you'll find someone young there (I know for a fact that the more experienced IPB designers like to charge at least double of what you offer). If not, these guys sell all these excellent premium pre-made themes.

Yeah.

From my experience on the IPS community forums, there's a lot of driven guys that just lack ideas to do things, so that's mainly why I recommend you to go there.

You would be really lucky to get both for $100. I looked into getting IPB custom skin and most places where $150+!
