Do any of you go to invisioncommunity.com and/or another site for addons or styles?

If so, who there is your favorite addon developer and why do you like their addons so much? Who there is your favorite style developer and why do you like their styles so much?

What other sites do you go to to get your addons/styles?

I'm always checking on invisioncommunity.com marketplace to see what new addons are out and also to keep updated on what new updates they may have. I do not go elsewhere since I rather stick to one single place, also they have their own support topic.

I have a couple of good developers but they all have one thing in common, they stop supporting after a while and they go black. So many add-ons over the years that I had, I had to give them up or try and keep it updated myself. the marketplace now is dying. On that note, IPB offer allot now that's built into other software where before you had to get a paid award system, now you do not need it.

Luvky to see around five good theme designers keeping things updated

Sorry, I try to refrain from using too many addons with my IPB forums. Even the few I've used have stopped being supported, which always creates a huge mess and disappointed members. 🙁

I've never used IPB other than as a forum member so I'm not very clued up on it. I wouldn't mind trying to develop an add-on myself but I don't have the spare money to outlay on just testing the software and seeing what I can make.

You can always ask an IPB forum owner to use his/her resources to test and make the plugin 🙂 that can save you a full load of cash.

Not to make it on the live site 😛 It would have to be a test site.

Maybe I could test an add-on on BaySide Gamers!? ☺️

Is it not possible any more to use a regular subdomain for the test installation?
Yeah, As long as it's not set to public and it's private should be able to install your test onto the subdomain 🙂

as long as you edit the details to link it regards your licencing
