I have an IPB license (Core + Forum ) that I haven't used in many years and have no need for it.
I sell for $150

I paid $25 6 month renewal fee for download.
Exprires date 05 November 2020

@emrahell I think the transfer of IPB license has been restricted recently so you won't be able to transfer it now.
