It's $25 per 6 months for updates and support. You're still good to go until 02 Jul 2013.

new license cost $165.

Here's my license + 6 months. Which costed me $190. You can get my license/transfer/files for $120. Which means you're doing $45 profit. I'll even help you setup / host for a little fee.
