Have any of you tried the IPB Skin Generator? I've taken it a glance over and I made an ok looking skin in about five minutes. The skins you make with this really are just derivatives of the default one, but I guess if you get new images for it, it would look pretty good.

What do you think?
 
Good to see IPS released it themselves this time. I didn't really like the flexibility of Invisionize's on 2.x
