IPB vs VB

A while ago I would have said IPB but vb is starting to grow on me a little bit more. I dont know which to choose. ~razz~

vB might be changing their license but I read they will charge for support after 90 days of submitting your first ticket and upgrading to vB 5.0 will cost the user as well. So are you really going to save an awful lot?

I say Vbulletin as Im using it. I have tried IPB before and I have found it more of a strugle to import mods and themes but with Vbulletin it's a ten second job for me. As well as that Vbulletin has a very supportive community site Vbulletin.org which supplies you with free themes, mods, graphics and all sorts. I think IPB is great to buy my personal opinion would have to go with Vbulletin.

I really want VB, as I said I am on IPB now, I like it but just not that thrilled about it. Only problem with VB you cannot order it state side. That coupled with the fact that the website says one thing but they tell you another.

I voted for IPB, I use it on 3 of my sites. I have admined large Vbulletin forums before but honestly I just decied to go with IPB as a personal choice and really enjoy the new version.
