Shoot me a PM. I used to use IPBFree, but since then I switched forum software. I think its pretty simple if I remember correctly, close to invisionfree except with a few extra steps. Make sure to send me a link to the skin you want installed as well, are you sure its an IPBFree skin and not an IPB skin? Big difference there.

I should be able to get to it sometime this weekend.
