IPBfree skin help

I just made a test board on IPBfree, and Nothing im doing is working. I have made a new skin set based off the original forum skin and I edit the colors of the skin and when I go to look at the new skin changes I still see the old colors. Is this happening to everyone or just me? There should be no reason why this isn't working. I hope somebody can tell me what I'm doing wrong or if it is just a bug in the system. Thanks!

Have you cleared the chache?
If you're in Firefox try hitting ctrl+F5
