I am considering getting an App made for my gaming news and reviews, similar to the IGN App. Do you think this would be benficial to readership?

Only if you have a lot of readers and there is a demand for it, then yes.

From your traffic stats, do you see any visitors that uses iOS devices?

My traffic stats is not working, do you know where I could get a good one?

An iPhone app can be beneficial to regular users since users can just launch an App to read and post on your website without the need to launch a mobile browser, type in your website address, and login to your forum.

The iTunes marketplace can also help you promote your app to users looking for Gaming News Apps in iTunes.

Plus, if they put your App icon on their Home Screen then they will be reminded to visit your forum when they turn on their phone.

I want to make an App for my website as well for Android, and iOS, but I don't know how to make apps...

Same with me, I'd probably hire someone.

You can use Google Analytics to traffic track visitors visiting your website from mobile devices.
Edited: Oops! I said "traffic" instead of "track".

You'll most likely need to buy a Mac computer, as I think apps can only be made on apple computers.

I heard App marketplaces like iTunes, Android Marketplace, and Blackberry App store can be a good place to advertise your brand and content, and make a little bit of money if you want people to pay to use your app since if a lot of people download and review your App on the App marketplaces, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and their own websites and blogs then it is like getting free advertising.

Like the App maker who made Angry Birds was not as rich and popular before they made their popular game app called Angry Birds.

In fact, Rovio was going bankrupt until they made Angry Birds. Now Rovio is one of the most popular Game App maker in the world.

I also think you should not limit yourself to a newsfeed app for displaying new post on your forum.

If you know someone or can make other useful apps like casual game apps, or fun apps like game sound effects, then you should make different types of apps to promote your website link, and hobby.

I am also starting to see a lot of people tweet about their high scores and achievements on Gaming Apps on Twitter, and post a picture of their scores on Facebook.
