Your Quick Review
Forum Pros:
The skins got as very nice feel to it. Nice calm colors that seems to match very well. Purple and gray seem like an odd chice at first, but for your theme, I actually couldn't think of a better skin, so good job.
The banner is a very good touch, too, compliments the forum skin. And the text and images used help showcase the forum's theme. I really like the board icons used for new and old posts on the index page.
Your board set up is actually quite good. A few changes i would suggest is moving Introductions to the bottom of the top category. And, a few changes in the Ipod Touch section, I'll go into detail below. As far as the bottom off-topic category goes, very nicely set up.
Forum Cons:
First thing I will complain about, is proboards default width is always unattractive. You should get the code to resize it down to about 800 pixels. I think that will make it look more appealing, as well as tidy up the forum with those large empty spaces after each board description.
In the Ipod Touch section. Seems very disorganized. The section, and forum, if for iPod touch, so you want all things related to that to be up top. Especially News, and support. Seems strange these are at the bottom; yet, your 2nd board is Apple, and it's description reads ... "Talk About Any Other Ipod In Here".
And, lastly, your board descriptions, especially towards the bottom; seem generic, and very rushed. Alot of admins make this mistake, making description repetitive to hurry and get the forum ready. Well, it's ready now, I'd suggest going through each board, now, and modify the description; so each sound more unique, and inviting. Other than just saying ... "Talk About _____ In Here."
Final/General Thoughts:
Seems you've got things headed in the right direction. Be warned though, there are a few other popular and successful Apple forums advertising around here, as well. Seems like a tough market. Just be sure to promote everyday, find ways to attract members who are looking for an Apple discussion forum. In time, your forum should be doing nicely once you get a good member and post count.

ProBoards FTW!!!! Really, though, I do love the banner you have. My favorite part of the look, and matches very nicely with the rest oif the forum.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
A personal taste of mine, but the forum width. There's just too many empty spaces in the forum body after the board descriptions. Slimming the width would close that gap, as well as give the forum a much tighter, overall look.
