Is a mouse with a four directional scroll wheel worth it?

I see some mice which can scroll a page up, down, left, and right or verticle and horizontal scroll wheel.

Like this mouse: http://www.logitech.com/en-ca/mice-poin ... vices/5743 which cost 50 bucks, but has laser tracking, and a back and forward button for web browsers.
