Nope, I don't think so. A computer itself is a different thing from a tablet in my mind. Laptops, etc. cannot fall under a tablet really unless they're using a tablet in the wrong way.

they will be releasing tablets that are as powerful and as in-depth as a PC such as the Microsoft Surface Pro but these will be more for business use than recreation. theres no doubt some time in the near future as technology advances we will have full blown computer desktops in 10 and 7 inch slim tablets.

I saw a few YouTube videos of Razer's Edge and Fiona Tablet which runs on Windows 7 and 8, and have an Intel i5 and i7 CPU, and dedicated video card capable of HD gameplay. It also have physical controls on the side like the PSP and 3DS.

You can also plug in a gamepad like the Xbox 360 game pad, keyboard, and mouse which turns it into a console and computer.

I say no, it can't run a cd or anything like that really.

A Google Nexus 7 can run DVDs if you have an OTG USB cable, and a USB DVD drive.

So carnt A Netbook, I think the surface can.

A netbook is a poor excuse for a computer. It's s step up from a tablet, neither of which are full computers.

Guess everyone thinks diffrently I think if its capablevof running A full fledge OS it is A PC Not all pcs need to be big Like PC means Its Personal (with data) and it can compute.

Ahh, no.

PCs are objects that can compute craploads of data each day.

Then you have netbooks, designed for Internet use only...

And then there's tablets, designed for low-end app gaming and small amounts of Internet browsing.

Neither a tablet, nor netbook will be able to process enough to make it do what you want it to do

You can use an app which turns a tablet into a Thin Client which is a very basic computer which connects to a very powerful server which host all your files, apps, and the main operating system in a virtual hard drive like VDI files found in VirtualBox, VMWare, Virtual PC, etc.
