Is crypto safe?

It can be stolen. Well, who of you use crypto? Do you trust it? Do you see it as a safeguard against theft and/or currency fluctuation?

I don't know if it's my age, a lack of knowledge or something else but I see it as nothing more than voodoo, especially at a time when people are having to choose between eating and heating.

To be honest, at this point in time I find the notion that people can get rich by consuming vast amounts of electricity abhorrent. It's being reported in the UK press today that the cost of power will outstrip the income for individuals whose only income is the state pension by January 2023.

I may have got it all wrong but crypto currencies and the sale of other digital assets e.g. emojis, makes as much sense to me as selling canned air but I stand to be corrected.
