Oh when I said 'forum admins' I meant other people who have their own forums. Used to have about 15 people who had forums themselves that were on mine, now only 3 I think. Much rather 3 who don't partake in drama than 15 jealous ones.
As for your question though, I've got 3 other people who help me out plus moderators. 🙂
There is no drama in my life and this is the reason why I would never be interested in having drama in my community as well because it is something that makes me restless and distracts me completely. Drama breeds chaos and I won't have that in my forum.
Drama is not needed to make a forum fun and interesting. When members know that they probably will be involved in one altercation or another they won't even want to login.
No one needs unnecessary drama, its extra stress.
Create engaging topics and encourage all to be in their best behavior, you'll see your forum bubble.
