Is eating vegan healthy?

Eating a vegan diet has become the trendy thing to do. But is it healthy? What do you think? Is eating a diet free on animal products good for you? Would you consider doing it or have you?
 
Some people eating a vegan diet are able to eat the correct number of calories a day as well as getting the correct nutrients. You really have to make sure you're getting all the different nutrients you need, and that sometimes can lack in a vegan diet but there are of course supplements (pills) that you are able to take to make up for it.
 
it's 50/50 really! depends on what you eat and how much you eat.
 
It can be healthy to be vegan but you will be reliant on pills for the rest of your life to stay healthy otherwise you will get very unhealthy due to a lack of vitamins.
 
Honestly, if you go the full route of the Vegan, it can be detrimental to your health, unless you take supplements with your diet. Even then, you aren't getting everything your body needs. If you go the basic vegetarian diet, the diet includes certain products that provide a better balanced approach, and you get more what your body needs, than completely eliminating everything dairy or meat related from your diet.
 
I would like to believe that if it was truly healthy for you then you wouldn't need to take supplements to make that diet healthy. If you aren't getting all the nutrients from your diet then by definition your diet isn't healthy and should be changed.
 
Actually, being 100% vegan is not the best thing to do 😀

I know its quite a controversial thing to say but always advise my patients to get a consultation with their dietitian if they are completely vegan. Basically, for every vegans, we are more concerned about the amount of folic acid and vitamin B12 in their blood as well as the amount of proteins in their body.

If you dont have enough folic acid and Vitamin B12, there are chances you would get anemia which progresses into a subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord, which is irreversible. If you are so rigid about being a vegan, make sure that you have food that contains such vitamins.
 
some people rather eat junk yet it's comes down to how they are been erased
