I've heard some very positive reviews on Flippa. It seems theres a lot of high payers there, you can always checkout DigitalPoint as well.

It's by far the best marketplace to sell websites, but you're always going to get more if you can organize a private deal without the fees, etc.

I agree, it's just finding the buyer. Not too many people around here have lots of money as most are in school etc.
