Is Forum Advertiser down?

It seems like Forum Advertiser has gone down. The web page can't be shown and it has been like this for a couple of days now. Anyone who knows anything about it?

I dont know why the host is doing this. I sent your IP over to the host get it unblocked. It should work now for you. You are like the 15th person they have done this to. I think I need to request to be moved to a different server.

It works fine for me but I have seen and spoken to a couple of people that can't access it.

It might be more an issue with your site...

All the servers have a firewall configured the same but if your site causes users to have too many connections then it will cause it to block the IP whatever the server.

It is good if your site is coded well as it helps to prevent people computers overloading the site with requests from a certain IP. If the site doesn't contain really excessive amount of images or doesn't cause loads of connections to the server in another way you won't notice any difference apart from the server load will be lower and your site will load faster.

They are going to move us to a different server, lets see if that fixes the problem.

They moved us to a much faster, nicer server. Hopefully the problem wont continue.
