Is it hard for you to find a good avatar?

Is it sometimes difficult for you to find a good avatar to use on a forum?

I often have a hard time because there are so many choices. Sometimes I go through a lot of avatars trying to find the one that I like.

i love making my own, i actually don't like using other avatars unless i can't be bothered making my own haha

but it is difficult to actually design one thought haha

Personally, I swapped avatars a lot until I had mine custom-made.

I think it's easy really. Either a picture of yourself or you can grab a photo of something from somewhere.

I’d say it can be a challenge, as the avatar is a big part of the profile and associates your username with it.

Finding an avatar is the easiest thing for me to do. I tend to just use the same one on all the forums I'm part of. Sometimes I'll change my Discord avatar to the one I use on forums, but I hardly get on Discord. Mine are usually based around Sonic or Raven from Teen Titans most of the time. The only time I have an issue getting a new one is when the avatar file size or dimensions are weird like on phpBB forums out of the box.

I used to have a hard time finding an avatar until I decided to just use my own picture. If I want to switch things up, I’ll get ahold of a few of my graphic designer friends to create me something, which is rare in itself. Obviously finding an avatar can be difficult depending on your own tastes.

I use my photo - of me 🙂
