What happen to bad news always be good news or opposite lol

Eh I don't really think so, having no news leaves you in the dark. On the other hand watching the news daily is depressing, but it's there for those who want to be in the know on what's going on in the world and in your neck of the woods too.

I'd say in general no news is not good news. For example there has been little or no news on why Xenforo has been unable to release version 2.3 which has led to speculation and some concern.

On the other hand Invision Community (IPS) has been awash with news recently regarding multiple changes to their software and licensing terms which has not gone down too well within some of their clients.

I guess it depends on circumstances, it could go both ways.
