Would a Nvidia GTX 650 video card installed on a computer with an AMD or Intel Quad-core 3.0 GHZ CPU, 8GB DDR3 RAM, and 64GB SSD drive play most PC games on high, and ultra video quality settings.

I have a Nvidia GTX 650 Ti video card. I can say it can play any game on the highest video settings with no issues.

Set the card correctly. You should have no issues with a modern card.

Thanks for the tip, I agree changing the settings, and updating the drivers, and its settings can make a card faster. I like that Nvidia updates its drivers often.
I read overclocking Nvidia cards is easy with MSI Afterburners overclocking tool. But, gamers have to be careful not to overclock a card to high to prevent damaging a card.
