Do you think he is really dead? I think it would be stupid on the US' part to actually kill him, I think he's probably in CIA custody for questioning.

If you organised some people to plane down something in my country, I wouldn't kill you and throw you in the sea, I would show you off and make everyone's families who got affected help sleep at night.

I do not but why would they keep him alive? What knowledge? He was a symbol of the head of Al Qaida. Nothing more. There are even rumors the USA got hold of his location through Al Qaida.

Ask yourself the question: What happened to Saddam Hussein? What happened to his body?

@OP I can understand why you question this,seeing as they never released pictures or provided proof he was dead. Plus this isn't the first time he was claimed dead either.

Well there are a few reasons to think he is still alive. There is no proof he is dead, they never did show pictures of him... Second they supposedly threw his body in the water...

Third he has been claimed dead before and it turned out he was alive. Now I am not one who believes he is still alive,but I thought I would answer you question.
