Is the font on this forum too light?

Too light to read. the gray font color hides behind the white background.

Yeah, play around with the font color - Different shades of gray lol or you can have white background with black font color

Right, I love the theme, but it's just too tough to read. It's a big turn-off in that way.

I say make the text black, not Gray

Right, especially inside the threads where it's the worst.

I go for simple designs that why the design of your forum looks good to me. However, I have difficulty reading small fonts so may I suggest that you make the fonts bigger. And to add an artistic touch perhaps add some colors but light hues only.

I have to agree that the font color is not too strong and the size a bit small to read. I guess you need to give brighter color and bigger font size to make it more attractive and give less effort in reading.

Although the font's lightness makes it harder to read, the size of letters is bigger than usual so I don't feel any discomfort reading threads.
Comparing with other forums, I would be in favor of the font of this Forum as it's clearer and easier to read.

I think that whole forum is far too bright.
White background with white div everywhere really make eyes burn away, especially when you're someone like me that works in dark environment for most of the time.

I've had no problem with it, as I'm actually used to bright themes like that. Although, yes, toning down the colours and other things would be beneficial for some even those that have visual impairments.

By the time this above post was made (March 2018) I had made the font larger and black.

Of course you do How much of a "different look" you want though? Deeper colours, or something else but keep some of the white areas in? I think light blue/white/dark grey could work.
