To get a scroll along affiliate strip which I can Add to my forum portal, one with just a simple code I can add, 20fp if anyone can help please

I'm pretty sure there is a module for that on phpBB.
However, you can use this code to make a piece of text or images scroll:

<center><marquee behavior="scroll" direction="up">TEXT HERE</marquee></center>

You can edit direction="up"> to set what direction you want the text to scroll.
