Is there a way to assign account upgrades through admin panel in Xenforo?

On my forums I have it so users can upgrade their account with points/coins. I'm wondering if I can assign users the upgrade in the admin panel.

I want to assign upgrades to user groups that expire after a certain time for a promotion on my forum so users can upgrade easier/faster. Right now they can purchase account upgrades that expire, but I cannot assign the upgrades to users.

Is there a option to do so?
