Use a free host like http://www.fi.st or http://www.novahost.org then install phpBB3 on there. Then you can install whatever MOD you like and won't be stuck behind restrictions imposed by being on a free forum host.

Same, but no free forum host lets people use their own MODs, it's pretty much a case of "You get what you're given". :shrug:

If you're serious about making a successful forum, it's best to stay away from free forum hosts.

Fist has moved. I personally don't mind the site the bought it up, but I don't like that you can't transfer points from month to month.

If you want another free host go to http://trap17.com
You can get insanely high plans there (upgradable to 500GB space or something ridiculous like that) and domains just for posting. That's how I have my domains and hosting.

😛, Their OK. You can customize them pretty good. But, I've only used them for Testing Purposes.
