Ok, so its like this:

I went to this webhost and got a master reseller, im paying $14.99 a month which is fair enough, no complaints there. I start this on the 9th July 2010, its now the what.. 28th? So my next payment is due on the 9th Aug, correct? Correct. We dont have to be maths genius's to work that out. My host suspended my account die to 'Non Payment' - WTF?! Are you serious? Ive not even been with you for a month, im still owned hosting time from my last payment..

Luckily, they have a 30 day money back guarentee, wether they pay or not is a different matter but i will make sure they do.

Ok, back to the point, i want to change host and do it now to get my site back on its feet as i have contests going on!

Now, my question to you is, and i know its probably not possible but i want to clarify. is it at all possible to get into my account and grab my database whilst imy hosting account has been unlawfully suspended?

I cant see my host listening to me or even ever replying to my tickets to unsuspend my account untill i pay again.

Is it to be, or not to be? I dont want to loose all my data 🙁

Contact their customer service and tell them that they suspended it early. As the 1 month is not 100% complete and 2 weeks are remaining, the hosting rights are still intact. If they do not revive the host, then they should refund your money for the remaining days or els you can file a lawsuit on them for scamming you of $29.86.
 
Have you paid for the first month? Also all respectable hosts give you an option to take your content if they have suspended you etc.. You should go check out www.webhostingtalk.com. Its the biggest web hosting forum discussion place on the web. You will get loads of info from other web hosts about whats going on etc.. and you will find a good decent host to move to.
 
Yes, i paid for the first month.

No, they have stopped my access to my cPanel so i cant get anything.

I have tried to contact there customer service, no one is ever on live support, they havent answered my emails nor my support tickets.
 
Is there a contact # you can call?
Also, may you post a link to the site?

Tried, they ignored.

Its ok, i nagged and got ahold of the owner and he sorted it 😛
 
ill share with 2 of the rules of picking a host make sure they have a contact number. And they have a forum or a support area were you can see people questions and testimonials
 
The outcome was i threatened with a lawsuit, and i got what i wanted. lol

Are you going to switch hosts? If that happen to me, I know I would because this just show the support sucks and they just want your money.
