Is There an easy way to increase traffic

I read a thread on here can't remember where about signing up to Easy hits 4 u, I've been clicking like mad for a week or more now, and have not seen a significant increase in traffic.

What I would like to know is :

Does this actually work ?

How many guest "hits" do you need to significantly increase traffic ?

I use it quite a lot, they do produce a good increase in traffic. You'll also notice that you have loads of credits, spend those wisely on banner ads and text ads if you like, you'll see an increase in traffic from those too!

The first time we did it we managed to increase our "users online" to 135, as we got a lot online at once, since then though over the past week the number visiting us in one hit has dropped to 1 or 2 at a time, not exactly traffic figures I was looking for !!

Why would you want to use auto-hits services? They don't help your site at all.

Marketing your site on Twitter + Facebook, and get links, so that you can rank on the search engines - which means, organic + SEO traffic will come in.

You're right - it doesn't bring in members, it just "ups" your traffic, which is other people and/or bots using the same script. It doesn't benefit much.
