That you can put a forum into a webpage.

So for example if i wanted a forum into my website http://zavle.com/wordpress/ how could i put it into one of the pages

I think copy&paste but then again you're dealing PhpBB and I don't know anything about that.

This is exactly what I did a few days ago on my site http://gamersvenue.com (not advertising, just showing an example of how it works). It uses the script WP-United which acts like a phpbb mod. Pretty simple to set up, although you've got to tweak it. I spent a few hours making the forum work with the Wordpress theme, it doesn't seem to work right out of the box for some of them.
